  • Are Procana Hemp/CBD products legal?
    Yes, Procana Hemp derived products are legal to ship to all 50 states. The United States Farm Bill of 2014 classified Industrial Hemp as containing less than 0.3% THC by dry weight. Procana products contain less than 0.3% THC. The final ruling of the 9th Circuit Federal Court (DEA vs. Hemp Industry Association in 2004), ruled in favor of the HIA concluding that the substances from Industrial Hemp are excluded from the definition of marijuana under 21 U.S.C 802 (16)- as “non-psychoactive hemp” and not classified under the Controlled Substances Act (CSA).

    Yes, we have a Certification of Analysis for each softgel, plus a chromatograph.

  • What are your products shelf life?
    The shelf life of all our products is about 18 months.

  • What is your return policy?
    Due to ingestible products we cannot accept returns for the risk of tampered products.
